Our Work Ethics for Import Auto Specialists (IAS) were established in 1990 by Brian King, the shop owner, with his determination to build and run an independent auto repair shop committed to honesty and friendly service.

Our committment includes providing you with a written quote for service based upon a written diagnostic BEFORE doing any work on your car, and sticking by our quote. There will be no extra or hidden fees that occur while we are working on your car. If there are hidden problems that arise, we will contact you before any further work is done.

We employ ASE certified mechanics who train and update their knowledge regularly with current automotive technogies. This ensures that the best service will always be performed on your cars.

We provide AAA service to AAA members.

We back all labor we perform on your car with a 30-day/3000 mile. (This does exclude material defects, which are usually covered by the manufacture of the products. In which case the materials will be covered but may include a labor charge to remove and replace of the defective part).
